Wethersfield School Family Community Partnerships Team
Kimberly Bobin is the Family & Early Childhood Coordinator for the Town of Wethersfield and Wethersfield Public Schools. Kim joined WECC as a parent volunteer and served as a member of the Connected to Community Committee. Her professional background includes customer service, marketing, and international relocation. She is a Spanish speaker, a Wethersfield resident, and a mother of two boys.

Mercella Bingham, a Wethersfield resident, is the liaison for the Wethersfield school district supporting students living in Hartford who are part of our community through the Open Choice Lottery. She has over 18 years of experience in post-secondary education and is currently an adjunct faculty member at Asnuntuck Community College. As district liaison, Mercella works across the schools K-12 to build bridges between students, families, school staff, and CREC. When students succeed -- schools succeed -- and everyone wins is her philosophy.
