The Wethersfield Parks and Recreation Department offers state-licensed preschool programs for children ages 3–5 years old at the William J. Pitkin Community Center, 30 Greenfield Street. The TLC Preschool Programs are committed to providing high-quality preschool programs that enhance the overall development of young children.
